This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Thought Leaders America (“Contractor”) and the company contracting for services (“Client”).
The Agreement begins upon signature by the Client and receipt of the initial payment. It remains in effect for the agreed duration, unless terminated earlier as specified herein. Any extension requires written consent from both Parties.
This Agreement is non-cancellable once services have commenced
Clients must provide at least 72 hours’ notice if unable to attend a confirmed booking. Rescheduling within 72 hours will incur a $500 fee.
The Contractor agrees to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive business or personal information provided by the Client, except as required for the provision of services or by law.
The Contractor will not be responsible for delays or failures to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, natural disasters, or government regulations.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement will first be subject to good faith negotiation between the Parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the Parties agree to mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal remedies.
The Client agrees not to solicit or engage any vendors, contacts, or service providers introduced by the Contractor for a period of 12 months following termination of this Agreement.
This Agreement benefits and binds the Parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, and permitted successors.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
The terms of this Agreement may be amended with proper notice to the Client.
